48″ Weber Grill makes the BBQ a snap.  The clothesline tree is easy for young and old to hang there clothes to dry.  We have an additional 3-4 parking spots in the yard up the bayside alley.

Using this living room for extra sleeping quarters is helpful with large groups.  Being able to shut the door to first floor keeps it quiet when the second floor needs to get some sleep.  This is great for the kids to camp out in and watch a movie.
