The 2nd Floor Living Room is great for an escape for the younger generation and extra sleeping. When the door is shut this can act as an additional sleeping area for 2 couples. The room is awesome for a group to be able to have a movie night or game night away from the group if they want their own space. This is a great room to view an oncoming storm! The windows have a great view of the Ocean to check out the lightning strikes on the water. The bay view is amazing to see the Blvd. when it gets flooded and rooster tails begin to cascade from unknowing cars on the depth of water. TIP: Use the Beach Ave. when it rains. You will flood out your car on the Blvd., don’t risk it!
