We have lived on LBI our whole lives. We moved here permanently in 2006.  What a blessing it has been to see the island in all 4 seasons!  From Fun Summer to Indian Summer Fall through picturesque Winter and a Blink of Spring, LBI is a great place to gather good times with your loved ones. 

Make yourself at home!  Surprise, we have a Gift Tray at check in with some wonderful treats for you and your guests.  Our Information Binder will have everything you need at your fingertips (shuttle info, mass schedule, coupons, things to do, emergency numbers, storm prep list, FAQs, and more.  We have collected most of the islands eatery menus to make take out and meal decisions easier.   We believe giving you more info about the house, area and events is a huge value.    We are on call if you need a recommendation or can’t find something you need or help with a house issue.

Beach House Retreats has been our labor of LOVE.  We have done several renovations to improve our offerings.  Coming from a large family we know what a home needs to keep the peace, enjoyment and the party going.  Large Groups are our Niche!

DINNING TABLE (12ft- 18 ft) seats your group all in one room at one table- Game Night is a BLAST!

Buffet Side Table– (6-12 ft) great for a bar set up in front base rack and a buffet table.

48”Thermador Oven- Steam, Gas, Convection Oven with Griddle, Warming Drawer and Pot Filler- Seafood Night is a Snap!

48”Weber Gas Grill– Are you a BBQ Chef- head out back to the back yard!

30” Deep Sink- with cutting board, rollout drain rack, vegetable rinse bin and sink protector rack- This sink alone is a tool with allowing another useful surface for prepping the big meals.

Samsung Flex 4 Door Refrigerator- with water/ice dispenser- (use 2 or 3 doors for cold food, and 1 or 2 doors for frozen- many want more cold food space then frozen in a week/end stay.)

U-Line Ice Machine– Keeps a cooler happy for the beach and drinks flowing (50ld per day capacity)

GE Dishwasher with 3 racks– the top rack can hold the overflow of silverware and big grill tools.

Large Pantry Space for your food items, Bar Rack on Buffet Table, Small Appliances in Buffet Cabinets.

Coffee Bar– Machine Options (Keurig, Drip, Percolator & French Press.

Additional Small Appliances– Extra Large Toaster Oven (toasts 12 slices of bread) for breakfast feast, Wide Toaster for Bagel mornings, Ninja Blender (make shaved ice treats/drinks), Food Processor, Multiple Cutting Boards, Crock Pot, Bread Maker, Icee Machine.

Stocked Spice Cabinet, Seafood Tools- crackers, picks, forks, Huge Seafood Pots (3).

Extra Dishes, Glassware, Shot Glass Collection, Cocktail Glasses and Serving Platters, Bowls, Beverage Dispensers, Coolers and Utensils for Entertaining.

GATHERING PLACES

Downstairs living room/kitchen open floor plan can entertain with seating 40 people.

Upstairs living room has seating for 15 and additional game table that seats 6.

Back yard has large dining table and outdoor living room with great party lighting and tiki torches at night.

4^th floor rooftop deck was a large dining table and huge outdoor living room with chaise lounges and saltwater hot tub.

Indoor Games– We have over 40 games to keep your guest enjoying themselves and large selection of puzzles.  Game night is a blast at the huge table, buffet table and extra folding game table in upstairs living room hosting many games at one time.

Outdoor Games– Cornhole, Ladderball, Ring Toss, Horseshoes, Wiffle Ball, Football, Frisbee, Soccer, Volleyball, Badminton, Giant Jenga, Giant Connect Four.
